It doesn’t simply translate into the outstanding flavor and texture of our gelato, but also into the structure of our supply chain. Each of our shops is equipped with internal laboratories that guarantee a FULL homemade production process, which takes place on a daily basis.
Quality is our core value but not the only one. Freshness is also one of our key driver too, which is once again reflected in the choices made along our supply chain. We source ingredients from both local farms, such as seasonal fruit, and from our motherland, like Italian pistachios, almonds and hazelnuts.
We also offer products suitable to Vegans and Celiacs: Flavors free of dairy products, gluten and top allergens are available.
Our recipes are made without artificial preservatives and flavorings.

We value the local tradition as much as ours. We know how important and loved the local products are, and this is exactly why we have developed the “creative and signature” gelato flavors. They are inspired by the local recipes and reinterpreted by our experienced gelato-makers, with a touch of creativity and love.
Following new market trends, especially those brought by the younger generation, we have developed our selection of vegan sorbets. It took us a lot of work and in-depth researches, but thanks to Stefano’s passion we managed to create healthy flavors, without compromising our typical taste and creaminess, opening the doors to vegetarians, vegans, as well as those with dairy and gluten intolerances.
